Skirvin, Otterbacher, and McPheeters visited Rusty Baehr in New Salem, IL. Mr. Baehr (left) is establishing Rolling Hills Vineyard on a rolling, tiled, and terraced site. Current plans are to establish a 5-acre planting, but adjoining acreage may be developed in the future.
