- Profile Creation Request form now available
- Still don't have a profile for the system, yet? Go to this form, and submit a request for one --
once we verify things, we'll generate a profile for you based on the info you provide, and
enable you to schedule your own meetings, outdial missing attendees, and to take advantage
of other powerful features that are not available to the general "guest" default logon.

- Connectivity problems again... (Solved)
- Shut down and restarted the bridge over lunch -- this cleared the 6 "dead" ports and restored
proper function.

- Connectivity/Quality of Service Problems
- Our recent Connectivity problems have been traced back to AT&T. AT&T have been notified,
and are actively working on the problem. In the meantime, we note that their attempts to fix
connectivity issues have also worsened the Quality of Service problems on 2 of our 4 T1 voice
spans. AT&T have been notified of this -- we hope for a resolution soon.
In the meantime, we are using a few tricks (some of which annoy the technicians) to
keep callers on the good spans and off the problem spans. Please bear with us as we try to keep
both you, the users, on working lines, and AT&T working on the problems...

- Latitude Conference Server updated.
- MeetingPlace System Software version 4.1.1a installed.
(This caused fault in "Quick Schedule" function in current Web interface. "Quick Schedule"
has been deactivated until it can be fixed.)
