as a profile member, press 2
Enter your profile number, followed by the '#' key. Then enter your numeric password when prompted, again followed by '#'.
  5. Enter the meeting ID number (four or more digits) followed by the '#' key.
  6. Follow the voice prompts and record your name/location followed by the '#' key. (If the system asks, according to the options set by the meeting organizer)
  7. The system will warn you if the meeting will be recorded.
  8. If you are the first person in the meeting, you will hear music. You can stopthe music by pressing '*'. the music stops automatically when a second caller joins the conference.

Dial the system no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Otherwise you wil hear: "This is not a recognized meeting ID number."

The meeting must start within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, or it will be cancelled automatically, and the lines reallocated to other conferences.

To Improve Sound Quality:
While you are in the conference call: mute your line by pressing '#5'. This mutes the line at the server, so no line noise can enter the system. Please use the mute feature wile you are in listening mode!

You can un-mute your line at any time by pressing '#5' again. Muting your line prevents "music-on-hold" from entering the system by accident. Muting also works from cellphones and pay-phones to prevent background noise from interfering with the meeting.

The "end-of-meeting" Warning:
Ten minutes before the meeting's scheduled end time, the system will warn the participants. However, the system will not disconnect the participants if there are available lines. If capacity is available, the call will be extended automatically in 15 minute increments. This renewal automatically continues as long as capacity remains available.
